Yes. 20 minutes, no pitch, no deck. The economics work because most calls end with either a clear engagement shape, or a clear no — and 'no' founders refer the right founders later.

What if you decide we're not a fit?

I'll tell you on the call and point you to the right person — an agency, a different operator, or just the right next step you can do yourself. That's the deal.

Will I be sent recordings, decks, or follow-up sequences after?

No. If we agree to work together, the next step is a scoping conversation. If not, the call ends with the recommendation and you don't hear from me again unless you reach out.
